Cuttex C
Sundrex Cuttex C series are a premium grade soluble type general purpose cutting oil which forms a stable milky emulsion which serves as superior coolant and lubricant for all kinds of metal working operations. These are blended from specially selected highly refined mineral base oils having a minimum flash point of 160°C. Emulsifiers and stabilizers are further added to improve the homogeneity and stability of the emulsion formed. Cautiously selected varieties of bactericides are also added to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion so formed. These oils are also enriched with high performance additives which improve its anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.
Application
These are recommended for applications in a variety of industrial cutting operations such as metal cutting, turning, boring, threading, drilling, shaping, grinding, & milling operations on metals such as Cast Iron, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Aluminum, other Alloys and hard metals where an aqueous emulsion is needed for use as a coolant and lubricant by the cutting tools. These oils provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and thus are suitable for use with ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. They should typically be used in concentrations of not greater than 5%.
