Cuttex N
Sundrex Cuttex N series are a premium range of neat cutting oils that are manufactured for a wide range of applications from broaching, turning, milling, drilling, grinding, superfinishing and honing. Based on the type of metals such as cast iron, aluminium, alloys, tin, titanium and the severity of the applications various products are formulated within the Cuttex N range. This oil is formulated using high viscosity index base stocks with inherent oxidation and thermal stability, and is further fortified with additives and other functional additives which improve the extreme pressure properties, and oiliness properties of the oil. The products may be sulfurized or non-sulfurized depending on the metal properties extreme load requirement.
Application
It is recommended for ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals and wide range of applications from broaching, turning, milling, drilling, grinding, superfinishing and honing. Based on the severity of the applications and metal properties the products are formulated to meet the machining needs of the user and achieve the efficiency in the operations.
